Maintain candidates master data base. Recruitment communication follows up (arranging interview, send invitations, booking
meeting room, letters as and when required). Tracking and fallow up of references and security check. Update the HRMS system
(Arabic part only). Responsible for pension (open file for new staff, collect requirements documents, Transfer or end of
service). Prepare the monthly report for pension deduction.
